W.A.S.P. performing Wild Child is today’s featured addition to Top Rock Music Videos.
Wild Child is a single off the band’s studio album titled The Last Command which was released back in November, 1985.
This is the band’s second album and has had great sales success – the first one of their albums to sell over one million copies. W.A.S.P. is from the same era and time period as bands such as Motley Crue, Ratt and Quiet Riot. Because of this strong competition, they had to have over-the-top live shows and very “shocking” outfits and themes, helping to bring about the genre of Shock Rock.
