According to recent reports, Gregg Allman went through a successful Liver Transplant operation this week on Wednesday, after being on a waiting list for several years. We wish the best to Gregg and pray that everything works out well for him.
The music video below is a live version recorded in 1991. Midnight Rider was originally recorded on their 2nd studio album titled Idlewild South, which was released in September, 1970 along with a live version included on their next album At Fillmore East, which was released the following year in July, 1971.
