Dimebag Darrell performing a compilation of guitar solos is today’s addition to Top Rock Music Videos.
Dimebag Darrell was one of the greatest hard rock guitarists of all time and is remembered for his performances with two bands, Pantera and Damageplan.
On December 8, 2004 Dimebag was onstage playing a show with his band Damageplan, when a gunman broke onto the stage and shot Dimebag twice point blank killing him instantly. Four others were killed trying to save other peoples lives as well.
Dimebag had a very creative style which helped revolutionize the genre of metal and influenced a lot of new guitarists. Wicked guitar solos combined with haunting riffs made each and every one of his songs unforgettable, making him one of the greatest guitarist’s of all time. R.I.P. Dimebag Darrell (1966-2004).
Dimebag was taken from us all too soon but his off-stage antics and face-melting guitar shredding will ring out through generations to come. The world lost a true prodigy of metal from this insane murder. I started to listen Dimebag’s masterpieces recently and I just can’s stop. He was and he will be one pf greatest! R.I.P.
